We break through boxes, closed doors, and glass ceilings. Yet not all opportunities are equal for everyone. We freed ourselves from the corset, but the strings often remained in someone else’s hands. How do we stay strong together? How do we co-write the story of our shared future?

Girls Won’t Be Girls is the space where we come together to finally catch our breath, look each other in the eye, and feel what femininity means for each of us—or to stretch all those ideas to the max.

In each performance, eight rotating performers (f/x/m) present a spectacular ode to femininity in all its forms. Through music, dance, cabaret, storytelling, and poetry, you’ll be moved to tears, roll off your chair laughing, or continue talking about it for days.

Tip: bring your activist grandma, your curious friend, or your favorite teenager.
