  • Date: 20 February
  • Time: 19:30

Friday 20 February 2026

The film Raving Iran is a powerful documentary by director Susanne Regina Meures. Arash and Anoosh dream of a career as techno DJs, but in Iran this is virtually impossible. They play at illegal parties and try to sell their album “under the counter” in record stores. After an arrest, their dream of the future seems to slip away—until an invitation to perform at a major dance festival in Switzerland offers new opportunities.

After the screening, moderator Jesse Evers will engage in a conversation with the audience and Kourosh.
The screening will take place at GR8.

Spoken languages: Persian, English, and German
Subtitles: English
