A film by Wouter Hermans (director) and Dirk Gunther Mohr (screenplay) about the mistaken bombing in 1945, with a discussion afterward.

Johan Zuiderwijk lives with his family and friends in the Bezuidenhout district of The Hague. After the bombing in Rotterdam and with the war seeming hopeless, they decide to form a resistance group, especially since one of them is Jewish. The group discovers that the Germans have installed rocket launchers in the Haagse Bos aimed at London. As the resistance group takes increasingly risky actions, Johan realizes that there is a traitor among them, and friendship is no longer a given.

Meanwhile, the British are preparing for the bombing of the Haagse Bos. This ultimately ends in a horrific disaster on the morning of 3 March 1945.
