Financial Assistance for Unique Programming Initiatives
Road to Summit and Just Peace Festival 2025
We aim to engage diverse audiences with unique programming and formats designed to enhance diversity and inclusivity. To support this, limited financial assistance is available to co-finance initiatives that reach diverse audiences, address distinct topics, or employ innovative formats. The maximum contribution per activity is €2000, including VAT.
Applications will be assessed on a rolling basis until the fund is exhausted.
Criteria for financial assistance
The event or activity must meet at least two of the following criteria:
- Unique audience: Reaches a specific audience that would otherwise not be reached.
- Unique topic: Addresses a unique topic that would otherwise not be addressed.
- Unique format: Utilizes a unique or innovative format.
Eligibility & Conditions
- The proposed activity must fulfill all criteria for a Road to Summit and Just Peace Festival event or activity (see the activity submission form for details).
- The applicant must be a legal entity or network consisting of at least three members, registered or with existing activities in The Hague.
- Requested funds should ideally be used to enhance community engagement and increase the visibility of the event or initiative.
- The activity must involve a significant contribution from the applicant's own resources or financing.
- Within two weeks after the event, the applicant must submit a report (maximum one A4 page) including photos, videos, or media. The contribution may be invoiced at the same time as the post-event report.
Proposals will be reviewed and approved by the programming team on an ongoing basis (weekly).
How to Apply
Contributors must submit their requests for co-financing via the provided form. Only completed forms will be accepted and reviewed.
